Great sensors and easy to fit, plus the different colours to match the car colour

This product arrived on time. It was easy to install and worked exactly as advertised. I am more than happy with this whole deal.

They're ok, bought them to replace the system on an older car, I suspect the much cheaper versions of this system listed on Amazon would be just as good. Note the cable that's provided can safely carry approx 7 amps, so if the reversing light system uses a higher rate fuse (10 amps in my case) you'll need to fit your own inline fuse or risk an electrical fire. Sensors work ok, they let the car get a bit too close for comfort to objects before sounding continuously, the sensitivity can be adjusted however I've found that rather than adjust the distance before detection it simply makes the sensors more prone to false activation. Overall ok, probably not worth the asking price though .

Excellent kit with everything you need. I installed the car DPS400 reversing sensors in my motorhome, only requiring a short extra length of cable to connect to the reverse light circuit I fed the cables up through the floor and stored the brain box and buzzer into an area under the fridge, behind a kickboard/plinth. The buzzer is plenty loud enough to be heard 5m back, behind the plinth and over the radio. Didn't need to adjust the sensitivity control. Very sharp 21mm hole cutter was great, although getting the plastic out of it between cuts was slightly tricky. I'm so pleased with the result. I'm a simple DIY'er with normal tools and it took me a few hrs. Would have been much less if someone could help to feed the wires up from beneath the motorhome! Much more cost effective than a reversing camera which I've already installed but the wide angle doesn't give me confidence in the distance at the corners. I thoroughly recommend this product. Arrived the day after I ordered it to a collection location.

I found it very easy to install and it works well. I did have to get a small wire splicer from my local garage though to connect into the reversing lamp power line. So that would be a very good thing to include as it is so cheap

I installed four Dolphin parking sensors on the rear of my Toyota Corolla about a month ago and I would highly recommend them. I have a reversing camera so I choose a bleeper without a display box as I did not want to have to watch two screens. To install the sensors yourself you need to have a certain level of DIY expertise in electrics. Before boring holes in the back bumper measure several times to make sure that the sensors are the correct height (30 to 70 cm from ground) and the correct distance apart (30 to 40 cm). Do not attempt to bore a hole in the bumper without putting masking tape over the spot where you want to bore the hole as otherwise the drill bit will slip and cause damage. You must identify the cables attached to the reversing light as you will have to attach two cables from the sensors to the two cables from the reversing light. This is by far the most intricate part of the installation. In order to identify the cables attached to the reversing light switch on the ignition and place the gear stick in reverse without starting the car. Then go to the back of the car and you will see that the reversing light in on and it will then be easy to identify which two wires are attached to the reversing light. I advise against cutting the cables to the reversing light. Instead bare the wires very carefully and attach the wires from the sensors to them. The cables attached to the reversing light are so delicate that I would recommend that you get a thin piece of electrical wire and practise baring the wires and you will then realise how careful you have to be and how easy it is to sever the wires by accident. There are several videos on YouTube giving instructions on how to install reversing sensors and I would advise viewing several of them before commencing installation as you will learn something from each of them.

Good product but you do need to do your research before installing. 1)work out where you are route the wires down to the bumper for the sensors. 2)Work out the which wire for your car is 12V when the reversing light comes on. Important because otherwise the sensors will be live all the time if you have 12v constant. 3)by some cable ties and wire couplers as this kit does not have it. 4) Adjust the sensor detection idealy using another person to walk around when car is in reverse with handbrake on.
