Fantastic with blue chese
I tried a truffle honey for the first time with the cheese board served at Carluccio's in St Pancras. To my amazement the combination was wonderful - particularly with a blue cheese. When I got home I had to order some truffle honey for myself and the Longhi Acacia with Spring White Truffles seemed to fit the bill. I was right in my choice as this truffle honey is absolutely superb - I cannot recommend the product too highly. To add to that, the first jar I received had some damage to the lid which resulted in leakage but when I reported this I was sent a new jar which arrived in perfect condition - the issue was with the packaging and not with the supplier who provided a customer service second to none. I will certainly be ordering from this supplier again.
