Does having 3 locking knobs make it more difficult/time-consuming/annoying to make adjustments?

I find that mostly I only use the knob which controls the friction ball. It is far easier than many heads to adjust. A great head easy a quicker than most.

Will this work with a "Carbon One 444" that has three fixing screws holding my current tripod head?

The head has standard fitting thread so i do believe if yours have same size screw then it should fit
