SOLGAR, Skin, Nails & Hair Tablets, 60 Count

I bought this in Europe and started using it and notice that my hair started to grow. I lost a lot of hair 85% due to weight loss and its been over a year for my hair to start growing. My nephew being a pharmacist recommended it while I was on vacation in Europe and I saw a difference and it works but you have to give it at least 4weeks to notice hairs growing. I kept getting it shipped from home but then I noticed its here on Amazon and I jumped. Great price and great product I do recommend it ☺ Only one little problem is that pills are huge "horse pills" but, I do break them in half and take them that way. Enjoy

I always used to buy supplements for my nails and hair in common places like CVS or Walgreens because my nails are very thin and soft and I had problems with my hear too. But those vitamins from there even though were expensive never worked out for me. Since when my friend recommended Solgar to me and I started to use them I could see the difference for both my nails and hair. Now I am ordering my second bottle. Trust me it’s worth it.

I tried a few other supplements before I bought this one and saw really no results at all. It has not been quite long enough as I have not gone through the bottle but I do see some improvement. My hair and nails do seem to be improving. It is so hard to measure to know for sure but my nails are less brittle, and I can see a ridge where the new growth is thicker than the nail was. Tried to take some photos of my fingernails and they are posted but kinda difficult to take photos of my own hands lol. I should have taken some before photos also but did not but I can tell the difference. I have also not seen my "roots".

What's to love about a food supplement? Well, it does what it is responsible for my fingernails regrowing in normally after they had a reaction to some nail polish and were a MESS. They cracked easily, tore easily, were soft and wouldn't grow in without ripping right away. With this product, they grew in healthier than they were before. I can't claim that I saw any difference in my hair or skin, both of which are in good to excellent condition, so I just may not have noticed a difference because my skin and hair need no help, but my nails sure did. Excellent product whose results I could see.

Buing 2nd time. It is somehow effective

I have taken Solgar Hair, Skin and Nail Tablets before. I would of kept taking them, but could not locate a retailer who sold them. In the past when I took these vitamins I noticed new hair growth and stronger nails. This product does not work overnight, but takes time. I tried other similair products with no noticable results. I would highly recommend this product.

Realmente, se nota. POR FIN. He probado muchas, muchísimas cosas, incluso recetadas por médicos puesto que tengo ciertas carencias de hierro, ácido fólico y diversas vitaminas que hacen que mi pelo y mis uñas (entre otras cosas) estén debilitadas. Tanto así que tuve que cortarme el pelo, hacerme un corte pixie bien cortito, rapadito, con el que he estado más de un año... Hasta que decidí dejarlo crecer. Este producto es el único que me ha ayudado visiblemente a que me crezca el pelo bien, sano, que no se me rompa según crece y que ACELERE el crecimiento. SI. QUE LO ACELERE, soy peluquera y se que el cabello crece unos determinados centímetros al mes, no más, pero si éste se va rompiendo según crece, ese crecimiento no se verá. Aún así, si tu problema es como el mío, esto te servirá como ayuda, de verdad. Y no me han pagado por escribir esta reseña, lo aseguro, no suelo hacerlo, de hecho, pero merece la pena, porque es muchísima gente la que me lo ha notado... tengo más brillo que otras veces que lo he dejado crecer, nada de puntas que se rompan, muchos pelitos nuevos, y más densidad. En cuanto a las uñas, las tengo mucho más fuertes, no se me abren en láminas, no se rompen, no parecen ya papel de fumar. Y la piel, podría decir que es lo que menos he notado, pero porque siempre la he cuidado mucho y no he tenido demasiados problemas con ella, aunque si es cierto que las zonas donde sufría algo de sequedad ha desaparecido. En definitiva, GENIAL. Lo dicho, ya voy por la segunda vez que lo compro. Y repetiré sin duda.
