Bought this sword as a Christmas present for my grandson. He loves it!! Very sturdy, cool looking. He is very hard on toys and has 3 brothers and lots of friends coming to house so don’t think it will make it to Spring but I am happy with this purchase and will probably be buying one for the 2 younger kids.

These are well made and well designed. I have several cosplays where I use these blade length 31" shorter than a standard katana are called for. They are cosplay convention approved. I prefer the wood blade that these are made of over the plastic, that is a personal preference. If this or there other products fit your look, give them a try, they are a great value for the price.

Bought this for my son's ninja Halloween costume. Was genuinely surprised at the high quality of the build. I do iaido, and have found myself practicing at home with this at times since it's small and I won't hit anything lol... It is quite stiff getting it out of the saya, but that's what you want at the start anyway. It will get looser over time. The stand is nice, the leather strap is fine but probably won't use it much. Considering getting a second one so my two boys can do sword fights. Great price for the quality, and the bamboo is sturdy without being able to damage anything (or anyone).

This is the finest quality katana toy on Amazon! With 30 years as a martial artist and swordsman myself, I’m no stranger to the katana. It does come disassembled, with the blade, hilt, and handle needing to be put together (I recommend a small rubber mallet). The instructions aren’t great, so be careful and take your time. The scabbard (sheath) is made of metal, trimmed in plastic, and comes with both a strap for wearing the sword and a display stand. We had some trouble figuring out the intended assembly of the strap, but we made it work. The entire sword and scabbard together are very lightweight and the length (we got the 31”) is perfect for my 8 year old. Still, none of it feels cheap or easily breakable. I feel like this katana toy is a great buy for the price and I will definitely be back to buy other swords to gift my son’s friends (everyone wants one now lol).

Kids love one already broken bottom piece :/ My kids love it. B day gift and I gave it early my son is obsessed with samurai jack this was a good replacement. My kids are happy sleeping with them and just absolutely won’t let go of them. I like this is more sturdy than the plastic swords that are cheap and flimsy. If you have little ones supervised this isn’t a bad gift they understand to play fight nicely nothing aggressive they just like it for mainly outside play acting out scenes

Was a gift for grandson, he loves it however Be sure to get the round piece out of the box before putting together cause once you snap blade together, you can’t add it/still a happy boy!

Llegó antes de lo previsto, excelente calidad, es de madera ,pintada, no parece frágil, vienen todos los accesorios descritos , hermosos detalles y con tamaño perfecto para complementar el cosplay de Mitsuri de mi nena, en las fotos comparo su tamaño, con el tamaño con otra katana adquirida anteriormente en otro lugar de oriente jejejeje , como pueden ver ,no hay comparación, la katana de amazon es mucho mejor, la recomiendo ampliamente

المنتج وصل بشكل سليم ونظيف والسيف من الخشب المصنوع بإتقان ، ولكن العيب الوحيد إن القبضة والسيف دائماً ما ينفصلوا عن بعضهم البعض حتى ان دليل التركيب غير واضحة وتحتاج الى اعادة صياغة بشكل اسهل للفهم. غير هذا السيف مرررررة جميل والوانه زاهية ❤️

Didn't expect this to last very long but I've been pleasantly surprised. Bought for my son last Halloween but I catch him playing with it all the time. It's brought him a lot of joy.
