These are a multivitamin that I take one a day. I think it's easier to get so much nutrition in one tablet than taking various vitamins and minerals separately. Time saving and easy to use. I have been feeling that I have a bit more energy through the day since I started these tablets.

Very bad side effects with the product although it is affordable
The tablet is very big, have difficulty to swallow. It's good value for money but I had very loose bowel motion with it whole day. It makes me feel very weak and run down. Had to stop it after the first tablet

Worth the money
I'm type1 diabetic, I decided to buy these because I was curious as diabetics lack certain vitamins. I craved chocolate alot and a chocolate craving is due to lack of magnesium. Having diabetes we lack this vitamin and these pills provide magnesium.. since taking these I stopped craving chocolate so much... I now choose when to eat chocolate. I've bought them twice now and will purchase again. They wont help control blood sugar levels or anything else... however they provide our bodies with missing vitamins as a diabetic. I could have purchased multi vitamins,but I assumed because these are specifically for diabetics they're providing certain vitamins in a higher dose of what we are missing? I'm no doctor, my information is just through researching and basic knowledge of having type 1 diabetes for 28 years.
