Really helps support and comfort in gym shoes

These are great. They were out of stock initially so I bought some other brand hich were almost as expensive. I wont do that again the others were weirdly super floppy. Just buy these ones. The boot version has totally transformed my DeWalt work boots.

The material is very good, but the price is expensive and difficult to trim.

Theses are good insoles which adsorb pressure from activities. However, due to the slight lip on the side of the insole it could become uncomfortable in some situations. I have found that if I have the insole that came with my shoe on top of this insole you still get most of the added benefits apart from the oder shield. I also have other insole from this company which I do prefer.

Started to completely disintegrate after 5 uses. Cutting them to size was easy and they were comfy. But for the price I'd want more than a few uses.

I work daily about 7 miles in my job, these are the best insoles I have found for durability and comfort. I have purchased several pairs to help with pain relief of my heels and ease the every day issues. They are easy to use and cut to size to perform well. Quickly dispatched.

Seit Jahren habe ich (dank Haglund-Ferse) durch den Laufsport immer wieder phasenweise Schmerzen in der Gegend der Achillessehne. Abgesehen von (in letzter Zeit kaum mehr wirksamer) manueller Therapie fällt meinem Sportarzt und meinem Physiotherapeuten dazu offenbar nichts mehr ein. Einlagen wurden zwar mehrmals beiläufig erwähnt, für eine konkrete Verschreibung reichte es aber anscheinend nicht. In letzter Zeit sind die Schmerzen wieder recht stark und dauern selbst nach einem kurzen Lauf ca. drei Tage lang an, was für mich nicht mehr akzeptabel ist. So versuchte ich es nun also erstmals mit Einlegesohlen. Während des ersten Laufes spürte ich zwar noch die Schmerzen vom letzten Mal, aber danach gab es - auch am nächsten Tag - absolut keine Schmerzen mehr! Dank meiner großen Füße (47) musste ich die Einlegesohlen nicht zuschneiden. Sie lassen sich problemlos einlegen und wieder entfernen und können daher auch abwechselnd in verschiedenen Schuhen getragen werden. Auch nach mehreren Monaten bin ich mit dem Produkt völlig glücklich.

Initially, these insoles felt like they could be a good replacement for the original ones in my sneakers. However, they turned out to be much stiffer, and after just three runs, I started feeling pain in my heel. The discomfort only increased, so I decided to stop using them. Unfortunately, these insoles didn’t work for me, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable support during workouts or runs.

I guess individual results may vary but copying my remaining inner sole (dog are the other one) was easy. Once in the shoes I forgot about them and walk like usual.

Trés bon produit et de qualité. Efficace, aprés les premiéres utilisations, une fois en place, trés confortable et soulage les douleurs des pieds et des talons.
