Can you mix this with conditioner after wash and leave for 10 mins for any effect?

TBH, i leave mine in for 2hrs. I have prelightened Ash blonde hair, and to get the colour to grip, i have to leave on for an extended period of time. The colour is amazing though.

Does this item turn hair colour green or you need to use something different first?

That depends on your hair! If you want the true full colour you might be best to either do a patch test or bleach your hair first, but if you're fair/blonde you may find that unneccessary. We also do sell the bleach kits if you need one :-)
