Is this suitable for car air conditioning that has r134a already in the system?

Yes, it's suitable, but you need to find out how much to add to your system. Most oil is held in the compressor so if you're changing the exchanger for example, I'd be inclined to add very little and just lubricate the o-rings on the inlet/outlet.

is the liquid compressed and can it be applied with the same hose as the refrigerant topup?

No the liquid is not compressed, I poured it into the compressor direct as I was fitting a new one at the time so not sure if you can pour it in to the refrigerant topup hose.

Not sure what you mean by figments but is tin only
