Product Description The pick used by top musicians worldwide. Jim Dunlop picks are carefully designed and manufactured to give the characteristic maximum memory and minimum wear Box Contains 1x Jim Dunlop 33P.015 N S F&T Pk - 5 Player Pack Review: Excellent quality picks - I play clawhammer banjo but have problems with my fingernail either breaking or wearing down. Over the years I have tried many different picks to solve the problem. These picks have proven to be the most effective and most comfortable to use. As they are made of metal, they are very easy to shape to my finger which helps keep them in place. The sound quality is excellent giving a very nice tone compared to plastic picks. I have average sized fingers and have found the .018mm are a perfect fit for me. I haven’t used the thumb pick yet but it certainly looks well-made. Review: Good - Very good quality

Popular But Not For Me
I've been playing over 50 years and usually just use a flat pick and fingers most of the time. However in some circumstances it's not enough especially when you don't have strong nails. As others have pointed out, you need to do a bit of bending to get these to fit. The finger picks, I couldn't get used to at all so gave up on them. The thumb pick is ok but again there was too much messing around trying to get a comfortable fit. Due to the way it's made, the upper surface is folded over so if you are thinking you can do up strokes by gripping the pick which is perfectly feasible with most designs, it's not going to work very well. It's problematic trying to decide on these as a useable item because you can't go messing around bending them in a shop to see if they work. Best you can do is try some on and see how it goes. If they don't feel comfortable, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. FWIW, I bought a set of 4 thumbpicks by Jim Dunlop which are better for me and abandoned the finger picks.

So thin I should have bought the heavier guage picks as these wont last me long.
The only thing wrong with these .018 picks is they are too thin. When putting them on they will always get some bending while securing them to the fingers and being so thin they wont last long before the metal cracks and the wrap round part breaks completely. I would get .022 or thicker next time. I like the picks other than the guage being thin. I like Dunlop but not sure these if these are genuinie Dunlop or copies.

Exactly right
Never used metal picks to play but these have been great, I’m getting used to the touch so I am able to play softly now, the thumb pick is taking a bit longer as I want to strum with it too , so I might have to look for an alternative. Initially I was confused about the sizing as there were conflicting and incorrect information being suggested in the question section and reviews. All the picks are the same size regardless of sizing indication. You bend and twist to fit, if you have fat fingers you open them up, if you have thin you squeeze them tighter. The sizing is to do with the finger picks only, it denotes the thickness of the metal not the finger size. A beginner would use the thinnest to start and progress to thicker to change tone or style of play. The thumb pic is the same size across the whole range of sizing. So it’s the same whether you have a thin finger pick or thick finger pick size. You can confirm this for yourself, the picture shows the reverse of the packaging which shows the thumb pick is the same size on all of them. So with that clarified , get some, pick and strum yourself to happiness.

Good picks, provide a nice fit and sound
I love the tone it brings out on my banjo. I prefer these Nickel picks over the plastic ones, they are thinner, easier to pick with and they sound more authentic. they fit nicely, may just need slightly bent to adjust to your finger. I feel They are worth the price
