Poor fit for x-t10
Well made, but not a particularly good fit for the x-t10, but it will do for now. Included soft shutter buttons look very flimsy.

Great value package with 3 configurations.
I bought this for my X-T20 just to use as a camera plate for attaching to Arca Swiss style clamps on my tripod. Regular plates get in the way of the battery/memory card door. It's well made and seems a pretty perfect fit for the camera. The battery door remains accessible with it attached. The door doesn't open quite as wide so it's a little fiddly to get the card out but easily workable. The L plate and the grip are removable to save weight but are nice and solid when attached. The opening in the L plate allows the side door to open and I can fit all 3 cables in without removing it.The package also includes two caps for the shutter release to create a larger area for your finger, not sure I'll use these but it's a nice added value. There are two hex keys included for attaching to the camera and removing the grip and L plate.Negatives, these are all really minor things but if they're going to bother you maybe try a different plate. The plate adds a new tripod mount on the bottom and side of the camera but neither of these is centred on the lens. They're closer than Fujifilms efforts but not quite there, this doesn't bother me because I'm using a clamp. The grip is metal so whilst robust it's cold to the touch also I think to be really useful it needs to be bigger. The screws for attaching the L plate and the grip aren't captive so can be easily lost when these parts are removed. When the side door is open it sits slightly proud of the plate so there is no possibility to use the L plate on a tripod with any cables attached. The bottom corner of the plate digs into the heel of your hand both with and without the grip attached.

Amazing!!
If you own an XT-10, XT-20 or XT-30 this is an absolute must have. The grip on my XT-30 was nothing short of tiny and effectively unusable. This grip is a lifesaver and makes a huge difference. As others have noted, yes it does add a tiny amount of weight, but being a regular user of a Canon 5D Mark 4, the xt-30 + grip is still ridiculously light. A better point that others have hinted at is that YES when it is cold the grip definetly gets quite chilly too. It's not the end of the world though but something to be aware of when purchasing a grip made of these materials. I will say that the grip isn't as grippy as I'd like it to be, but again this is the comes with the lower cost and materials used to make it. Overall though, very happy with this purchase and would definetly recommend.

Good grip
This grip is not bad at all, when screwed into the camera base there is another thread for your tripod plus there is an additional piece at the other end of the grip so you can mount this on a tripod in portrait mode not that you would as tripod heads allow you to do this anyway. You can take this extra piece off if you wish but I leave mine on for extra grip with my left hand. Seems well made and the grip feels good.

Makes a real difference on my Fuji XT2
Fit - sits comfortably on my XT2 without any give or wobble so is measured extremely accuratelyUse - has a screw hole in the bottom and side for tripod attachment either horizontal or vertical, again well fitting allows a tight fitMaterials - not sure the metal type buts it very very strong, never concerned about dropping it or damaging itComfort - the single biggest benefit IMHO is the camera is not comfy to hold, no more cramps from holding what is a small camera for most people's hands. Yes as it's metal on cold days you can feel that - but that's what gloves are for.Access - you still have full access to the battery, USB and Memory card sections of the camera, although you may need a key or something thin to open the memory card door as the metal gets slightly in the way for your fingers

Made huge difference.
I bought a Fujifilm XT20 and at first I felt I had bought the wrong camera because the camera just didn't feel right in my hands. I was continually brushing against buttons unintentionally which slowed my photography down somewhat. It also felt as though the camera might slip out of my hands at any time. I was ready to sell the XT20 but decided to try a grip before making a decision. Boy am I glad I did. The grip made a huge difference and I now love my XT20. It takes beautiful pictures and the grip stopped all the previous problems. My advice to would-be XT20 purchasers is to buy the grip with it on Day One.

Works fine with less bulky lenses
I use it on an XT30 and it fits nicely. It adds a lot of grip to the camera and now I can hold it steady just with one hand. The only complain I have is that it leaves very little room for your fingers if you use a bulky lens, like the 56mm 1.2. I've attached a picture to illustrate that.

Super solid, very impressed
Really super solid feeling grip that adds a suprising amount of grip space for your hand to the camera. I mainly bought it due to the arca-swiss L bracket mounting, which works amazingly. But I was seriously impressed by the solid build quality and extra grip space for my hand which was a welcome bonus. Seems well designed too, leaving space for the openings/doors on the camera. Fits like a glove too, which is really quite satisfying!
