usb - Hi my product did not come with the usb interface ? So is this a missing part - as I have plugged the battery in but the keyboard does not work?

I can't remember if mine was in the box or device. If you shake the device, and it rattles in is in there. If you do not have it, it will not work.

Keypad is not working on my HP laptop but when plugged into the main PC it is working fine. Why might it not be working on my laptop.

It is likely to be a computer problem, you could try the following operations. 1.Try to replace the USB interface, to rule out the cause of the computer USB interface bad. 2. restart the computer, to rule out the cause of the computer system does not recognise the driver.

I did not receive the USB dongle - the keyboard came with a missing part - can this be resolved ASAP?

Yeah, I think you need to send it back.
