Having now used the support for 1 week mainly at night, already it has massively improved my painful carpal tunnel in right hand/fingers. I have suffered this condition for 12 months which woke me every night due to pain and numbness despite wearing a smaller wrist strap (used for previous tennis elbow) A colleague recommended the Actesso strap as it had improved her carpal tunnel symptoms. I only wear it during day when work on the computer which also makes a difference with the good support. This product is high quality with strong velcro straps and ergonomically designed metal bar to support the wrist and fit comfortably in palm of hand. It feels comfortable and reassuring when lifting kettel, pans etc. It certainly does the job and would highly recommend this effective and reasonably priced support. Thank you Actesso.

I was advised by the doctor to try the wrist support brace , as I was having pins and needles in my hand and it was very painful at night. I wear the support at night and It has greatly helped to ease the pain. Definitely recommend.

I bought this due to consistent wrist, hand and finger pain. The support is brilliant. I bought a small which fits well and comfortably, surprising as I have very slim boney wrists. It takes some getting used to but is as comfy as I imagine a wrist brace could be. My only qualm is that your skin does get particularly sweaty under the sturdy leather piece that goes over your palm/inside of wrist. It does however look well made.

I bought a pair of these after my doc said they would help me with my chronic wrist pain and stop me from getting pins and needles and numbness. I was sceptical, but having lost so many nights sleep due to the pain, I was willing to take the chance. I'M REALLY GLAD I DID! I bought the smallest size as I have tiny hands and wrists and these braces fit me perfectly. They have 5 super strong Velcro adjustment straps, meaning you can readjust them until you get the exact fit/comfort you need. Once they are placed, those babies are NOT coming off, and I don't mind admitting that I really struggled to undo them again! The strap that goes between your finger and thumb is very well padded and soft and means there is no chafing, and other than making your wrists slightly sweaty (after wearing them all night), they are SUPER comfortable to wear for hours at a time! I haven't had even one episode of pins and needles while wearing these wrist braces and the pain in my wrists and hands has reduced too (I have Fibro, so pain is always with me). These braces have removable metal plates so you are able to wash them and they have good, strong stitching, so I'm sure they are going to last a long time. I wholeheartedly recommend these to anyone who suffers with pins and needles, numbness or pain in their wrists. They have been nothing short of miraculous for me because I use to get pins and needles after just holding my phone for five minutes, but now I can use my phone for as long as I like now with no symptoms at all!

I dont have carpel tunnel but i did need a really strong support when i sprained my wrist after a fall. The minor injuries clinic gave a very basic dressing type support bandage and advised on rest, ice and elevation etc but it just didnt help me get back to work quickly so i went for one of these to see if it gave more support. Straight away upon opening you can tell its a heavy duty split support, its exactly what i hoped i would get when initially treated, multiple velcro straps that have stood up to several machine washes, not sure id fully reccommend washing though in case it damages the product though i did pop it into a pillow case for protection. The steel support is fantastic, its contoured to the shape of a wrist/palm, stays in place in the material and isnt too heavy whilst giving you a sense of security if worried about pranging your arm/palm/wrist. Because its sizeable and quite apparent your wearing its obviously visible to other people who then give you a slightly wider berth if passing or nearby which was a problem when i just had the original strapping with people bumping into me. As said this was used for a sprained wrist not carpel tunnel, but it was a great product, hopefully ill never need it again but ive kept it all the same as am sure it would be good for a few more weeks of continous use.

Quality, support, ease of use ...all 5 star. Please note if you have carpal tunnel the velcro may be difficult to pull due to your weakness in the muscles. However, remember that is the point of this product, to provide exceptional support. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel just Nov 18. I couldn't drive, type, write, text message or pick up anything with the 'pinch' motion for approximately 6 weeks. I was told I would need to have an operation if I didn't rest my hands. So I did give them a rest! I was originally given a very small splint by A and E. But didn't realise I needed more support until I was talking to an osteopath who told me I needed more to heal my carpal tunnel. Using this at night really helped relax the relevant muscles. I was then able to start driving again. I am now back to 75% functionality. I can definitely say, this product is speeding up my recovery.

Comfortable and supportive... but... Just one complaint - EVERY single one that I have bought (and there's been quite a few now) has had the SAME weakness. [The stitching, at the closed end of the metal support sleeve is not sufficient. The metal soon breaks the (single) row of stitching and shortly afterwards the remaining stitches come undone.] There needs to be either a double stitch or stronger thread used at this point, instead of the single cotton stitch used. I have informed the manufacturer/retailer but this weakness has not been addressed as far as I'm aware. A pity, as it lets an otherwise good product down. When I bought the last replacement the first thing I did was to reinforce the stitching myself. The customer shouldn't have to do that. It is a design/manufacturing issue the maker should correct.

I've suffered with carpal tunnel for years, have tried other wrist supports which didn't work, have had the corticosteroid injection, physiotherapy, ibuprofen and nothing has worked. Bought this support as a last resort before trying the operation. The first few nights wearing it I didn't feel any difference at all, still got pains and tingling which kept me awake, but the fourth night I had absoultely nothing! No pain, no pins and needles or tingling, no numbness! This was the first night in years that I have gone the entire night without pain waking me up multiple times. This has continued for 3 nights running now I've not had any pain whatsoever and have had the best sleeps I've had in years. I'm hoping this continues, and I am so glad I bought this wrist support as now I will hopefully avoid needing an operation. Would recommend to anyone

Acquistata per lenire il forte dolore notturno legato alla infiammazione del tunnel carpale. E' un prodotto molto ben fatto che si può scegliere in varie taglie con una chiara indicazione. Ha subito fatto il suo dovere consentendomi di riposare di notte. Lo ho tenuto ininterrottamente per due giorni ed ha fatto il suo dovere. Lentamente il dolore è diminuito sino poi sparire. Calza veramente bene con le sue 5 cinghie in velcro e con il supporto rigido sagomato sul palmo. Lascia una certa funzionalità della mano, per cui è mi è stato possibile anche guidare con prudenza per brevi tragitti (ma ho un auto con cambio automatico!). Arrivato velocemente. Prezzo imbattibile.

Also wegen Passform kann ich nicht meckern hab bei mir 18 cm gemessen und zwischen 17-19 cm bestellt, passt wie angegossen. Hab es in Schwarz bestellt und finde da nichts auszusetzen auch keinen zu starken Geruch konnte ich vernehmen.

Super Produkt. Die Schiene passt gut, lässt sich leicht anlegen, drückt nicht und macht einen soliden Eindruck. Meinem Handgelenk hat es gut getan!
