I can't see an eraser on this - does it have one?

Yes. it does have an eraser fitted. Pull off the button on the end of the pencil ( grip the shiny end firmly and pull along the axis of the pencil) and you will find the eraser.

Is it good for drwing anime

They are very good, be careful which leads you use, B leads are brittle.

How do you replace the leads in this pencil?

Simply remove the metal button on the end and pull out the eraser and it's ready to fill.Once eraser and button are replaced, about a dozen or more clicks should load the lead ready for use.
