Caraway Non-Stick 1.75 qt Ceramic Sauce Pan with Lid

These Caraway pots are amazing. They’re efficient, good looking, totally nonstick and nontoxic, and come in a range of nice colors. We’ve been using the same one almost daily for two years and it still looks and performs like new. Hints: 1) Use lower heat than you do with other pans. If the recipe says medium, start with low and don’t go higher than medium low. The heat transfer is crazy efficient, as with the most expensive cookware. 2) Don’t put these in the dishwasher. Mostly nothing sticks to this ceramic, and a quick swish with hot soapy water removes even gummy or scorched food. 3) watch out for that flat lid. It’s modern looking and holds steam in very well, but slides off if you tip the pan at all - especially while putting it away. And that lid is heavy, so you don’t want it to fall on you or anything fragile.

My daughter bought me the Stockpot one Christmas so when I needed a Sauce Pan this was my first choice. It’s a great nonstick surface that cooks evenly and cleans quickly. You do need a pot holder to lift the lid. Beautiful, high-quality cookware!

I would buy more of their line if it wasn’t so costly - but definitely worth the investment I’d you can afford it. The cleanup is so nice - and I’ve never had rice or a grilled cheese taste this good. With so many forever chemicals, this is definitely my #1 choice brand for stocking up the kitchen. Wish the price point were better though.

While the smaller of these two pans turned out to be a bit too small for most of the things I ordinarily make, both are extremely well made, very much non-stick, and easy to clean. I hope to get more in the future, though I will probably get two of the larger size pan next, rather than the bundle of two different sizes. While these are not cheap, I think they are worth the money. Having struggled with cheap pans for years, that were more difficult to clean, I now wish I'd bought this brand a lot sooner and saved myself some trouble!

This is perfect size for two for daily use. Be aware of the little hope on the cover; the steam is very hot coming out from the hole. Protect yourself when lifting the cover while cooking.

I got a couple of this pans for Christmas, bought in the states, I live in Mexico, they are great pans, I love them, that’s why I decided to order one more from Amazon (official caraway Amazon store), it came today and for my surprise it came in chipped ok one side and uneven to the lid on the other. / Me regalaron un par de estos sartenes para Navidad, me los trajeron de Estados Unidos, son muy buenos y me encantaron, por eso decidí pedir uno más por medio de la tienda oficial de caraway en Amazon, para mi sorpresa el sartén llego con algunos detalles, un detalle en la pintura y por otro lado un desnivel con la tapa.
