Been taking for 7 days.Don’t think it’s long enough to give a balanced view yet but I was noticing that my memory recall was getting foggy and I felt I was having some real gaga moments. Within the week I’ve felt that completely disappear. Not much impact on sweats yet but will give it longer. Had a bit more energy too.High hopes for long term effects but I’ll report back at the end of the pack to see if things carry on improving.Update - sweats are mild and only occasional at night, my nails are super strong, never have i had such consistently strong nails, hair seems fuller too.Sleep, not consistently better but better in the whole, but this has long been an issue, so to be telling people I’m getting more sleep since being menopausal has its disbelievers. I’m getting to sleep by 10 and very often last until 4 and 5am before waking. That’s quite a result for me. Sleep goes haywire at the first sign of a hormone shift but then I’ve not completely stopped just yet, just 3/4 month gaps between each cycle. Brain fog does seems much better but does return to a degree if the hormones reappear. Basically in between cycles this is proving a great addition and actually got me looking forward to the day they stop for good. The benefits are that I don’t feel the need for HRT or medication, it’s all natural and cheaper that a prescription.Update - zero brain fog after finishing a 90 day trial and now currently on my second box. Think it’s a great supplement.Started on a sage supplement for the inner furnace as night sweats continued to worsen once periods stopped altogether and after 4 weeks on sage the sweats stopped completely and if I have the odd one that’s as much as I get and it’s pretty mild and unnoticeable to others.This combination has left me in no doubt I can manage this without taking hormones. If I can give one peace of advice that I swear by is that you need to keep active during menopause. Walk or do some form of exercise every day because everything is in decline and I truly believe you need to use it or you’ll lose it. If you’re achy try swimming its kind to your body.Sleep is still 10pm until 4am most nights which is just about enough so maybe I need to target that next as I’d love a lie in

I find these helpful in aiding me in every day life. I have noticed my hair and nails improved and my energy levels are better. Very easy to take, just one pill a day Price beats any high street supplier with the added benefit of a subscription so you never run out.

Really help with symptoms.

Excellent,after 3 months I did not use this tablets and yes now I am sure this tablets is best tablets for hot flash even my anger,after 1 years of research now I belive if I want this tablets work I have to use is regularly or even every 2 or 3 days after one month NOT SLEEPING HOT FLASH VERY ANGRY I start it again and belive or not in 1st not I sleep with out hotness or sweating and bad dream even may is deference for other women but most of the women after age of 35 who just think they still young and start use this tablets they feel much better I start to use on age of 40 and I wish on my 35 some of telling me use it now 5 years of hot flash no sleep OMG all is gown from a time I start use this tablets and my doctor said some women will start from 35 but they may be menopace on age of 50 but from 35 hot flash will start and it does not mean yu old women are deffinet but it better to talk to your doctor and do not wait until you become worse for me this tablets means BEAUTIFUL sleep but use it regularly not after 3 weeks oh it does not work at list 4 month use it and you will see 4 years yu will sleep with out hot flash or not very good sleep I just want to share may even help to one women and thank God is enough one women will become happy.xxxDare:17 December 2019No I cannot living with out this tablets NOW I am 43 still using it,I quit for 2 month but order again because I really become sick again,tired,angry,confused,no energy,sleep late,wake up late now I confirm as women who using this tablet for long years if you want to see this tablets work or not use it for 6 month and do not use for 2 months OMG,NOW I definitely know my body need this vitamins or what ever they have I wish they the MAX also was cheap like this so I could try that one too but if you want tablets which is really on good offer and work on your skin,hair,nail,energy,even effect to your sleeping this is best one even I sleep soon,no sleeping problems NO HOT flash,no tiredness,,excellent

So, I have waited a month before reviewing. I was on HRT patches for 3 years and needed to come off them due to some health issues. I tried some other supplements and they made me feel rubbish.Well, I thought I'd give these ago as I was perimenopausal, suffering with mood swings, crying, anger just awful, brain fog the lot. The hot flashes were ridiculous all through the day and night, and I never used to sweat, but put it this way my head sweat so bad, and dripping down my face it was disgusting constantly hot, waking up several times a night😪.The first couple of weeks, I didn't really notice a difference, but I can honestly say a month in although I'm getting hot flashes, there not as frequent nor severe and I can deal with them now. My sleep, I probably wake up once or twice a night and my mood is much better i still forget things but work keeps me sane and im 49. Don't get me wrong it's not a miracle but honestly if it stays like this then I will not need to go back on HRT as I can manage now.Update! I have been on this for around 3 months, the hot flashes did become a lot less no more dripping head and my mood felt a little better. However, I have needed to go back on HRT :( my sleep was still bad, night sweats were still awful and still didn't feel quite like me.I will continue to take them along side the HRT and hopefully try again to come off the HRT when ready.

I only started taking them last night so can't tell what there like for me yet but will if I see a difference after taken then for a while

Only been using these for a few weeks and they do seem to work. Anything that helps shut down hot flushes is a bonus. They are quite large so for folk like me who hate taking pills, they can be a hard pill to swallow.
