Moved into a house with a very dirty tiled kitchen floor. The grime was so ingrained nothing would shift it. Tried Cillet Bang with a scrubbing brush - no difference at all. Used HG Super Remover neat and it removed all the ingrained dirt and brought up the tiles like new. So excellent results.

I used this on my Edwardian tiled floor. It had ingrained dirt that just wouldn't lift. I used this twice. It was easy to use and not too smelly. The only problem I found was cleaning it off after. It did tend to leave the tiles white but a few washes improved that. I still have some oil stains which I will use another HG product for and I still have efflorescence remaining which I have ordered the efforescence remover for. I have used all sorts of products but I know this worked as the water was black when I cleaned up afterwards. As far as delivery is concerned, it was quick and the item was well packaged.

Really excellent cleaner. My hall tiles were absolutely filthy, and it lifted most of the dirt the first time. I have arhtritis in my hands so cannot scrub too hard, but it needed only a little effort. It is better value than any cleaner you can buy in a DIY store. I will definitely buy this again.

Had high hopes that this product would return my Victorian tiles to their former glory. Even spoke to HG to make sure it would do the job. What a complete waste of time. Followed the instructions and scrubbed and scrubbed! Nothing happened still as dirty as they were before I started! I even tried putting the fluid on without diluting it, no difference useless!!!!!

I didn't think this would be effective enough to clean the built up grime on my light coloured granite rough finish floor in rented property. It is odourless and watery, however I am absolutely thrilled with the results, very very easy to use and the floor has been restored to its original beauty. Very good price for coverage

Chosen to revive a tired bathroom floor.Ok, but it didn't remove some of the stains as we'd hope it would.Has to be used with caution too according to the label, its very strong and chemical. Not sure we would buy it again but it is very difficult to find a special detergent for slate floors for regular use.

Excellent product. Initial trepidations regarding price were quickly allayed at seeing the rapid results I.e. change in colour and structure of 'mares tail' visible after 3 days.
