this is a nice product ...the last one we had the tubes came off but this one seems better ... i like an inline one because you can just pump some of the bath water up your bottom ... although my friend uses coffee ... ive tried the coffee its quite nice ... i'd rather my bottom smelled of coffee than poo .

I have been prevented from writing a true description of this product because of the use of certain language. So will attempt to review and leave it up to the readers imagination. I ordered this enema for medicinal purposes. It arrived in packaging which graphically illustrated an alternative purpose. There was no suggestion of this in the listing. So I was quite shocked when I received the product. I contacted the seller to complain and the reply was "you can it for either purpose". Not what I was expecting. An apology would have sufficed. So I took the matter further and have a lodged a complaint. I am very liberal minded but even I was shocked. Be warned if you order this product. Its an extremely unpleasant and tawdry experience to receive this product. It belongs in a completely different section as it is most definitely not labelled for medical purposes.

Reasonable value for money.

Ive wanted one of these for along while, had one many years back it was far better than any on the market at the time, am glad the design has been improved. Don't bother with any others this one does the trick *****

Cheap, cheerful, convenient. Apart from post time from China, brilliant.

An excellent piece of kit. Easy to use no mess and easy to clean due to its moulded construction.

I use this attachment (Higginsons syringe) in line with my enema bucket and silicon hose with insertion piece attached at the end(also bought via Amazon), plus the Gerson Therapy (amazon book) protocols. I was able to detox my body so effectively that the lump in my breast reduced from 3cm to 1cm in just a matter of weeks, plus the coffee enemas cleared up my acne on my bottom, which I had had for decades (even the scarring is gone). I highly recommend this attachment to control the flow of your coffee enema (see Dr. Max Gerson's documentary) or sea salt/baking soda enema. This attachment allows you to gently detox your body and enable the fluid to go deeper into the colon, for better results and I felt absolutely no discomfort (which was a surprise).

When I was looking for a replacement for my Higginson that had given up after being with me for 30 years, I chose this one from the others in Amazon because it is molded in a single piece instead of having joints. That's how the first one that my Grandmother had was, and how my 30 year old one was. I don't know that it actually works better, but it has that familiar feeling.

Very good for the several times then the one way valve at the end started to leak. What a pity.

Received ok after correct tracking number given.

I had to return it the check valve didn't work.
