These are great my sister is very small in frame so hard to get small size for her she has told me there the best she has ever had far better than tena pants and very comfortable to wear protection level is great item is a out that they don't come in larger size packs but very happy with these I highly recommend price is exceptional

Ordered for post hip replacement surgery in case I couldn’t make it to the toilet in time. Very comfortable.

I got these for my mum as the ones she was using changed spec and split. She said these are alot nicer more comfortable but as a larger lady says they need to be higher waisted, she has largest size and feel they need to be higher at the back! on the package, shows high waisted available, but can't find them for sale! Also plain delivery boxes needed for privacy! Recommended

These pants give great confidence because they have good protection.

Happy with product but not happy with delivery driver as he did not follow instructions, just left my parcel outside front door, im disabled and unable to get to my door,

EDIT - with an near 25% price rise, they are now only three stars! I was unsure about these after reading some of the negative reviews... but they are GREAT. They are better than Tena Maxi Night pads - they had me washing 2 - 4 times per DAY with the leakage past the pad - trousers and panties and sometimes even a top. These pants have contained every single wee "event" so far. They seem to be less irritating too - the Tena Maxi pads sometimes gave my wife a case of "itchy puss" - these have been untouched, unscratched, and I've used 7 out of one pack of 9 with an overnight use. They are more expensive - Tena maxi pads work out at 40 pence each (or 30 pence when on special), these are 60 pence per panty... but you gain my not having to wash leaked-on trousers and panties. Just to confirm, my wife is dementia + incontinent + taking diuretic for her heart... urine output is reasonably high. I was using 6 Tena maxi Night pad per 24 hours. So far this has been about 32 hours and we've used 7 of 9 in the pack. (Yes, i could get NHS to supply the pads but they refused to give her the "maxi" level without a month's "bowel and bladder function work-up", the sodding bureaucrats). The cons: They are a tad fragile - you need to pull them up gently, use the pad itself to "locate it" into place then pull the panty material into place. My wife takes size 14 and 16 trousers (depends on brand) and "L" in these pants fit her nicely (she wears size 16 panties). All in all - I and very happy I took the chance on these. EDIT: I am not reducing by rating but they are not quite the "saviour of humanity's wee" that i made out. Now that we've used them longer we can see some issues - 3/10 night time uses has a leak. BUT - they are STILL better than Tena Maxi Night pads - they had a leakage bout 9 in 10 nights. But also to note - these pants leak with a patch, the Tena maxi Nights leaked with a large area of wet clothing. So... I'm still happy with them, even though they are more expensive (works out to about 28 to 35 pants or pad per week). I save with not having to wash three times a day!

The product itself is top quality and the cost is very reasonable

These are not as big as the leading brand's size XL. They're so short at the back and this makes them quite uncomfortable. These don't work so great and leak so these are definitely not a one pair a day product. Waste of money

Bonsoir l'article est au Top mais une chose que la je met un énorme ZERO étant absente on devait mettre le colis chez la voisine qui était là et bien non c'est plus facile de le mettre sur les marches de la porte entré comme j'habite sur le coin tous le monde pouvait le prendre j'ai reçue un message que le colis à été donné en main propre ce livreur est un menteur je suis rentré une demi heure après que le colis était là c'est la 1ère fois que je vois cela j'espère ne plus jamais ce désagrément

Sono veramente ottimi. Meno ingombrante che altri con la stessa capacità di assorbimento. Il colore delicato. Abbastanza elastico è morbidi..mia mamma, molto anziana non ne può fare a meno..sono i suoi preferiti. Buon rapporto qualità -prezzo.

Deberían hacerlas de tallas más grandes y con el tiro más alto para que las que estamos más rellenitas y tenemos los cachetes más grandes pues nos suba mejor. Pero por lo demás las adoro por ser tan suaves que apenas las siento. He usado otras con el tiro de atrás más alto pero me han producido una picazón tan horrible que no las podía aguantar. Pero con estas no me pasa eso y además que a mi madre son las que le gustan.
