Can you use it on other washing machines or does it only work on Bosch ?

I bought it to use on a top end Neff. No problems at all

Is this the descaler or cleaner? images of the box says descaler, but images of the 4 cartons says cleaner. it’s a different product number too.

You are correct that it is a mistake on the website. The descaler I bought has the code 00311922. They have the wrong images!

Poor description by seller. Happens frequently across Amazon, I'm afraid. The product description is key and ignore the pictures. I've just checked our boxes and it's quite clear : "Cleaner" is one box, "Quick descaler" is the other box. Both are x4.
