Not being able to return product
I am a size 7.5 but have very thin feet and ankle . Product doesn't fit and I'd heavier than what I was given in hospital. Not accepting returns is ridiculous

Get it with the air for the best possible fit.
Ruptured a tendon in my foot. The ortho recommended buying a boot online instead of paying them 350$. Been down this road before but this boot is comfortable and works very well. Last time the boot from the doctor was very heavy and uncomfortable. It seemed cheaply made. This one seems much better quality and comfort. The air is a must for me. Really helps hold everything securely and keeps you from moving too much. After 3 1/2 weeks of use I have no quality or craftsmanship issues and feel the boot would work much longer than the 4-6 weeks I’m supposed to be in it.

Lightweight walker boot
I had surgery and needed a walker boot. They one from the hospital was very heavy and pricey even with insurance. This is a low price (under $50.00) and fits well. Better than the hospital grade one, it is also lighter in weight. Makes moving around easier. Not getting fatigued or tired with this on on. Has a slimmer fit inside which keeps my foot and leg intact.

Really comfortable
I wear a size 10 10.5 mens shoe and my toes are almost to the very end of the medium boot.... not sure I would want a large though.I have worn 7+ boots over the last 4 years. This boot seems to be very well made. The rubber sole seems to be thick rubber not a thin sheet glued to the bottom of the boot. It has a twist lock to release the air which in my experience is way more durable. The liner seems to be well made, thick, and extremely comfortable. It came with 4 extra pads to add wherever you need more cushion. The straps are only velcroed onto one side of boot which is not as good as others that secured on both sides of the boot. It's a little annoying but hasn't been too much of an issue. The straps Just flop around a little when your not wearing the boot and do tend to come off. When wearing the boot the straps do stay in place and don't slip around******UPDATE******After just a few days wearing this boot the inner sleeve no longer held air. The pump does not pump any air. The main purpose of this was the support from the air. I am disappointed about this because the boot is very nice

Good value for money.
Good quality product. A bit on the bulky side so if you do not need shin support, get the short version.Very protecting and easy to take off and put on.Would recommend to anyone healing from a fracture.

Very supportive
Very supportive. Firm fit. Air walker so makes walking in a boot far more comfortable than one without air
