Spanners Missing
No spanners came with my delivery and I've had no contact about this after some attempts to get feedback. Are they being sent out separately? Am I getting a part refund?

Not all studs and stud spanners received
Only received hexagonal stud spanner not both so can't tighten the studs. Also only received 6 of the 6mm studs instead of 8.
