I didn’t plan to put a pad under my new area rug, but after standing at my cutting table or folding laundry my feet started to hurt. I ordered this 6x9’ pad and it is perfect. Just the right amount of cushion without making it hard to roll items on casters, yet soft enough to feel better under my feet. It was the perfect size-about an inch shorter than area rug all around. Non slip, no odor, delivered on time. Very pleased with purchase.

Easy to cut to size, stays in place, and does not have a strong oder like other rug pads.

I purchased for our hallway runner. The pad stays in place quite well, but the runner rug I purchased it for, slips off the pad. Therefore, the only thing it's helpful for is the added padding. Every time I walk down the hall, I find myself adjusting the rug to cover up the pad. Not sure what to do besides somehow attaching the two together to prevent the rug from slipping off the pad. Non slip material would be helpful on both sides of the pad.

This rug pad is fabulous. Our round rug needed a pad underneath. This rug pad is cushioned and holds our rug in place. It is a high traffic area in my house. It is working beautifully. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a great rug pad! The rubber backing is excellent. It came in a roll not folded so it rolled out perfectly and all I had to do was roll my rug over it. I have other rug pads that I purchased before but this one or a really superior quality. Highly recommend it!

This rug pad seemed to be of good quality materials, was the correct size and was shipped to me promptly. I placed this pad under an area rug in our kitchen which has tile flooring and radiant floor heat. We put the felt side up and the non slip side down against the floor. After a few months when removing the rug and pad to mop under it, we discovered that the pad had stuck to the floor and would not come up without leaving a lot of foam beads staying fused to the floor. It took considerable effort, scrubbing with a sponge, carefully scraping with a plastic scraper, using mainly dish detergent, (chemicals would dull the tile), to remove the residue. Even after getting most of it removed, the pattern of the beads was still visible in the tile finish. This will have to be stripped and re-sealed. I now know, the hard way, that this foam bead type of non-slip backing does not work with sealed tile and/or a floor warmed with radiant heat. BUYER BEWARE! I have to say, the seller, Rugsdotcom, was quick to respond to my complaint and offered to refund my purchase immediately. Pretty good customer service. Not willing to help with the time or money to restore the finish, but sympathetic, offered cleaning advice and was willing to give the refund. Know your flooring and look closely at the product you choose. This one is risky.

Easy to adjust to needed size

This by far exceeded my expectations. I have wood floors and the grip on the bottom keeps it in place on my hardwood floors. I know some people mentioned their rug slipped (and they wish the top had grips) but I definitely did not have this issue (in fact the hardest part was getting it exactly under my rug bc it held so well.) I loved my rug--but it was soo thin and this added the perfect padding. I had to cut it since it was slighter wider than i needed--and this was done easily with a pair of scissors.
