excellent multi useful items
I purchased these as I needed a cake mold to make a viking long boat cake for my sister excellent quality items and a good price and I will use them again and again

Used this for the first time on Saturday. Fantastic results. Will be getting rid of all my baking tins now which will give me loads of kitchen space

Leaks & doesnt hold shape
I wish I could return these, really I do. The photo is the 3rd attempt to use them. The first two were such a mess you would not want to see my kitchen counter or oven. I came up with the idea to line them with card and baking paper. The first cake completely leaked out and the side connectors popped out while what little batter was left of the cake rose. They do not hold the shape and bow out on the sides. As you can see by the photo I reinforced the flexi shapes and it still leaked. No matter what shape you put these in they leak and the puzzle like connectors do not hold. They leak from the connections and from underneath the mould. I gave them the best effort I could because I love this idea and was so wanting them to work. Maybe if you are more clever than I or find that perhaps wooden clothespins (to hold connectors in place) work better than they did for me you can give it a try.

Baking made easy
Haven't used it yet but it looks interesting. If it is easier to use than a conventional cake tin then I will upgrade to 5 stars!!

No good for sponge cakes; better for bread dough
I thought this would be such a good idea, but I did wonder if the cake mixture would leak out. I’ve tried it with a sponge cake, and guess what? A huge amount of mixture leaked out of the bottom. It would need some baking paper inside the moulds for a sponge mixture. I think the moulds would work better with a firm mixture or bread dough. I will keep them for bread making and go back to my regular closed tins for cakes.
