Excellent product works for my daughter

. I use this spray (and the pastilles) before flights and I do think that they have a calming affect on my fear of flying due to claustrophobia. It might, of course be all in the mind, but I don't care as I'm certainly more relaxed when I use the products than I was before when I didn't. At the price I would think it was worth a try for others for pre-exam nerves, interviews, driving test etc etc. Nothing to lose and maybe a lot to gain. . .

I think this depends on the person. I have never found it useful personally but I gave it to a friend who said it was incredible so give it a go for yourself and see what you think!

Really love the convenience of this product. I use the drops in my tea, but this spray means I can use the remedy when I'm out. Currently using for exam anxiety. The spray also means I can take a dose before an exam. I have used the drops when life stresses get on top of me. The spray doesn't taste that nice but you only taste it for a few seconds and you also get used to it.

Not sure if this works, gave it a couple of trys but didn't notice any different

I am quite an anxious person and like to carry this with me, the size of this is perfect for flying as it’s well under liquid limits. I would point out it’s also easy to use if you have poor hand dexterity and is the easier option of the product to use.
