My answer is the same as Alan's. These Kilner lids are 68mm. If you want 84mm lids for older Kilner jars you need to order Leifheit lids. Maggy

What is the diameter of the lid

Bottom of the screw lid is just over 7cm (7.3cm). Actual lid itself is 6.7cm, the same size as the top of the jar.

Are these lids 1 time use only?

That is correct, it is just the seal lids which are one use. The bands are purchased separately which can be reused several times however the lid is a single use product. Many thanks
