[HOW TO USE] Apply Slug & Snail Barrier at planting, before any leaf damage is evident, to deliver mximum protection. Clean and dry the surface of the pot or planter before applying the copper tape. Peel off the protective paper to expose the adhesive backing. Stick Slug & Snail Barrier in a complete circle around the pot or planter. Trim back any overhanging branches or leaves that could enable slugs and snails to gain access to the protected zone. Wipe clean the surface of the copper tape from time to time to help ensure it continues to discharge electric. Note: As the tape is made by hand instead of rolled by machine,each tape might be slighty different from others refer to the photo of the product.

don't bother
As this product has come up in my feed thought I'd write a review, despite it being a few years since purchasing. It's useless, seriously. Slugs and snails are not inhibited by this in any way, gliding right over it up to the plants in my pots and having a feast. Waste of time, money and energy.

Poor quality
Bought this to go round raised beds. Thin, sharp, cut fingers, tore easily. Wouldn't recommend . Arrived quickly though
