I suffer from perminant respiratory illness that has required me to use nebulised fluticasone propionate twice daily to avoid serious illness for a number of years now. The NHS have been kind enough to provide me with the nebuliser, however replacement masks are my own responsibility. In light of this I've been purchasing this particular brand of mask periodically over the past few years since my illness was properly diagnosed, and have found it to be overall a very good product. Its not a perfect fit, being slightly too small to fit comfortably over my nose and mouth, and I did find that the elastic used to secure it tends to slip a little during use, but this is easily rectified by tying a couple of additional knots in it. The loop holes through which the elastic feeds also have a tendency to break after several months of use, but this is nothing that wouldnt be considered normal wear and tear. The mask comes with approximately 5' of tubing which should be more than enough to accommodate you regardless as to where your nebuliser is located, be that next to the sofa, kitchen table or bed side - and leaves you with more than enough freedom of movement to keep yourself occupied with a book, the TV or your laptop whilst going through the laborious process of using your nebuliser, and the defuser on the mask - which is built into the reservoir rather than being a separate (and easy to lose) component - does a good job of atomising whatever fluid you are using in your nebuliser into a very fine mist meaning that more of your medicine gets to where its needed. This mask has fewer of the creases and crevices where harmful bacteria can collect and grow (to be breathed back in by your already presumably ill lungs!), and so is a little easier to clean than others I have used. Needless to say, I cannot stress the importance of steralising your mask after EVERY use either with boiling water, a sterile solution or anti-bacterial wipes/sprays. The mask is easily disassembled for cleaning and sturdy enough to resist the rigors of being pulled apart after every use, and if youre going to clean it by hand as I usually do, I have found it a little easier to get into some of the tight corners than other masks I have used - especially in the fluid resevoir where you will find dried out deposits will collect most frequently. In any event you should be looking to replace the mask after every few months use regardless. Unfortunately this is an 'add-on' item meaning that you cant just pick one up off amazon whenever you need it. It can only be purchased as part fo a larger order, so my advice if you are someone who like me is going to need your nebuliser for the forseeable future, is to buy yourself several masks whenever you have an order large enough to allow the purchase, rather than having your mask break then scrambling to find enough stuff to buy off Amazon to accommodate an 'add-on' item as I have in the past! Overall however an effective product for the price.

Replacement mask for my nebuliser works really well

Flexible to the point of maybe not lasting very long. Versatile from nebuliser to nebuliser but the tubing they provide didn't fit my Mum's current one. Not perfect and won't be buying again.

Haven't used this yet but appears good quality, although mask supplied isn't quite the same as the one pictured on the website
