Is this extra virgin?

Dear Buyer, Please note our oil is virgin as we do a single wood press of the almond kernels to get the oil. The almond kernel does not go through any process before the extraction and hence it is called virgin oil. Technically speaking there is no such thing called extra virgin as kernels are pressed raw without any roasting or chemical treatment. Can I use this for baking?

Yes, but please beware that the oil is very, very MILD so if you’re expecting a robust almond flavor (like I was hoping for)- this is not the right thing to use. Good luck!
