Caused dermatitis on my face
Please google this supplement before trying for the first time. I didn't, and after my face suddenly became super dry, red and painful, I found out about its side effects. I take a few supplements by Solgar and other good brands, and have never had anything like this happen. I stopped taking this one and my face went back to normal after about a week. I also have high blood pressure which is being handled by other supplements. My bp rose while on this and again, has went back to normal after stopping taking it.
