Excellent Set of Resistance Bands
Lovely set of resistance bands - good quality covering a full range of different resistances. Comes complete with a little carrying bag and some basic exercises to get you started.Highly recommended

just what I needed
I am a very amateur sports person and wanted some exercise bands to help prevent ischia tibial syndrome. My exercise trainer recommended these and they have been perfect. have worked my way up through half the colours/strengths already over the last few months

Extremely pleased with my order of resistance bands
Extremely pleased with my order of resistance bands. They are great quality and comfortable to use, love the fact they are different sizes and strengths, the work out guide it comes with is a great help too, And a neat little bag to keep them together !

Sticky sort of material - band sticks together
I am really disappointed in these bands. Purchased one pack to try and to supplement the previous resistance bands purchased for my fitness classes. These bands feel very tacky to touch and within 20 minutes of use had all rolled around sticking together. When unrolling the light bands it developed a hole. Basically unusable and it went in the bin!It seems I may have got a rogue batch based on previous reviews but I wouldn't recommend and will be going back to my previous band. Such a shame.

Range of colour bands strengths
Great price, bought these bands to rehab my hamstring, the strength resistance on bands goes from very light to very heavy, thought I would only use very heavy !! but after research exercises have used every colour for different exercises, fantastic purchase, would reccomend and buy again if ever needed

Good quality and good variety
5 rubber resistance bands for use in stretching exercises. Extra light, Light, Medium, Heavy and X-Heavy.These resistance bands are of good quality and have lasted well. I use them for rehabilitation following a running injury, to build up strength in the muscles supporting me knee.

These are quality and at a great price!
I use bands at the gym and my PT told me to get some for working out at home. The Lammas Sports Exercise Bands are spot on and I use them weekly. Top product at a great price - you should get some too :)

Perfection at its finest
The bands are very strong and durable, used it for almost 2 years and still doing fine. Print on the band would disappear but still usable and perfect as advertised. Good value for money. Keeps you fit and healthy.
