Has the same texture as normal gum! Love the minty taste however the taste does wear off quite quick! Other than that, I love how xylitol is the main ingredient! Would recommend to anyone who has struggled/struggles with cavities!

This is a good product,good taste and makes your mouth feel good.

The taste is weirdly....clean! Very sweet to the normal stuff. The lovely flavour disappears quickly. Regardless, I love these and will buy again unless I find a better product.

Spry is not suitable for anyone with dentures, I tried it twice and it glued on to my dentures. I previously have had this problem with gum which was NOT sugar free, Spry is advertised as sugar free, I’m not convinced. A waste of money for me.

3 a day, one after each meal usually has been great for me. All the studies say massive reduction in cavities when using xylitol gum.
