It seems that the sunflower oil is merely a solute for the Vitamin A; a smallish amount, and less than the fish oils as the law states greatest ingredients are listed first. Take care!

I’m sorry I don’t understand your question. I can only say they are good, quite big but I swallow them ok because they are torpedo shaped. You only need one capsule per day and I have taken them for many years. Various different brands but these seem pretty good and not too expensive at the moment.
