My first Kadai ... purchased after a cooking video I watched that intrigued me.Found it for a great price here on Amazon and bought one with the red enamel coating.A Kadai is much like a cast iron bowl shaped pan.I have cooked steak in it, pork chops, sauteed vegetables and even used it to make a large batch of scrambled eggs.It's heavy, but if you have used cast iron before you know that they are heavy.The Kadai has two holes that create handles on either side so it's easy to move or lift.It cleans up beautifully, cooks like a dream and is functional. I find myself using it for more cooking than I imagined I would

Awesome kadai. Seasoned it using oven and it is very good to use. Seller gave very good guidance and their response is very quick. I have bought other kadais before and did not like it much(pathetic packing,rust etc). This came in good packing. Not just the look it also very well serves the purpose.

So far, we have purchased all the products of Healthy Choices that are available in Amazon and as always even this new product is excellent. Looks good, very sturdy, right size and we are very much enjoying cooking in it too. Highly recommended to those who are looking for good Cast Iron products and their search ends here!!!!!
