Not the price of an AI Prime but why pay for an expesive light when this does it very well
I bought two of these for my 90 gallon tank and provides plenty of PAR (light) for good coral growth and allow my coral to glow. I cant see why all of these marine aquarium lights are so expensive. These lights let me get 100 pay under the light on the bottom of my tank. A friend of mine has several $300 ai prime lights on his tank and he cant even turn them all the way up without cooking his coral.

I bought five
The media could not be loaded. These are great over aquariums because the brightness and blueness are controlled by knobs. No app! Quality build and efficient with two quiet fans. I love them be cause they are like reef lights with blue power which makes for sunlight-like brilliance and clarity plus a beautiful tone to the color.

Definitely will grow coral
The media could not be loaded. This definitely will grow coral however depending on where you place the lights, you will definitely want to use a par meter so you can adjust the intensity because if you’re not careful, it will cook your coral. These lights are very strong. Also another good idea as a modification is to pull the lenses out so the light is dispersed a bit more evenly across the tank. These are a great lights for a beginner but if you want to keep long-term, you’ll definitely want to get an LED bar for some of the cooler lower per blue spectrum for maximum efficiency. I have used two of them over the top of my reef tank for over a year now and the only time I’ve ever had to put on the whites is when I do maintenance. Otherwise you’ll keep the blues on. Again, I like to reiterate, you’re definitely gonna wanna use a par meter to check light intensity and adjustment.

amazing light
have this hung above a 20L crayfish tank and it looks and works great! I love having the ability to manually control the lights with anolog. It was it so much easier to set up my tank for the day. I have even had this get knocked into the tank(opps) and to my surprise it survived! It was a little touch and go for a sec after the spill, but it is still working like a champ. Great buy for a tank set up!

Impressive!
This aquarium light has the look and feel of an old piece of high end analog audio equipment. An on-off switch and two dial knobs are all there is to control everything. There is no app to deal with, no remote to lose, no instructions, even. None needed.Maybe best of all, no blinky blue lights to stay on all night even when the device is off.The light it produces is beautiful and I am surprised how much control over the color I was able to achieve with just two knobs - anything from full daylight to eerie deep sea blue. That said, I can think of at least a couple of things that a prospective buyer should take into account. The color (primary blue and yellow) makes an undeniable statement. I like it, but think that others may want to paint it over. It is not, at this time, available in any other color (black, anyone?)As soon as the switch is turned on, even if the lights are off, a pair of fans whir into action. They are by no means loud. But, as I'm sitting here next to my computer with multiple spinning fans in an open enclosure, with the aquarium light a bit farther away, it is the aquarium light that is by far louder. Given that the modern aquarium is hardly silent, with filters, air pumps, maybe even a wave maker or two, this won't be an issue for most people. Motivated modifiers and tinkerers will take note that the light's enclosure is held together by a mere 10 Philips head screws. Swapping out for a quieter set of fans may be possible.
