Perfect friend from infancy to toddlerhood.
I was looking for a take-everywhere-favorite-friend for my four month old grandson whose two year old brother has a similar Steiff Tiger which is basically a member of the family now. This monkey is perfect: it’s weighted just enough to be able to sit up on its own but its legs dangle easily when baby grasps him by the ear or neck. He’s just squishy enough to truly cuddle, not bulky. He’s a little big for a four month old but by the time baby is six or eight months old, this monkey will be a perfect size to snuggle and go everywhere with. He’s washable…and durable, though if he’s like our tiger, will lose a little “oomph” after two and a half solid years of being squeezed. The belly button: the best !!!

Softest stuffed animal ever
It’s the perfect size to snuggle, and looks exactly like the Monkey in the book. Excellent quality! Great seller! Completely trustworthy as this stuffed animal arrived exactly on time, and was exactly as described. It was also a great price .

Absolutely perfect
I grew up with Steiff stuffed animals and wish I still had a few that were dear to me. This monkey is exactly the quality I remember. Super soft and not overstuffed. Expertly crafted to last many many years. I know my grandson will love it. The belly button is a nice touch too.
