Instant improvement in my deadlifts
I have smaller than average hands and I wasn’t sure, after reading some other reviews, if these would be too big and wouldn’t work well for me. I was completely wrong, they have instantly enabled me to increase my reps while deadlifting. They’re very comfortable and give me confidence to push myself without fear of losing my grip. Excellent quality and value for money and one size really does fit all 😁

Good item
Got these at I have been suffering forearm and elbow pains training back. This style seems to be favoured by strong men so thought I’d try these over normal straps.Pros, definitely do as I intended after deadlifting I got next to no forearm pain and about 80% less elbow pain,Comfortable whilst liftingCons, loose while wearing but my preference is very tight straps,Cannot be used for double dumbbells,Cannot remove immediately like straps after putting the weight down,Not adjustable,Long term grip strength will suffer

I bought these straps because I needed them whenever I need to elevate the weight on the pulling workouts and these help me a lot to keep doing the full serie, otherwise I'll have to stop because of not being able to pull the bar for the whole serie. Good product
I use these everytime I deadlift or use dumbells as my wrists aren’t very strong. These help with grip significantly

Good, reliable product
Easy to use one-handed, can be twisted to shorten if too large for hand. Provide a strong and stable anchor when the weight is too heavy for a normal, unassisted grip.

good padding but way too big and twisting them to make them fit better makes the straps dig into your hand. shouldn't be advertised as one size fits all
