This strap is extremely well made, the leather is actually genuine which isn’t always a thing in so reasonably priced a strap and the retro, 1940s style buckle really adds to the look and feel of the watch used to illustrate the strap in my photographs. The thickness of the leather is impressive for a single layer and the edges are well sealed to protect against wear, water ingress and premature aging. There is little to no gap between the inner edges of the watch lugs and the leather, which I believe to be very close to the watch manufacturers’ many times dearer own leather option. This strap has its holes sensibly spaced so it’s always easy to find a comfortable fit - just one of the reasons for the original, steel bracelet from the makers of the watch to be safely stored in the watch box. Summing up: This watch strap is an absolute bargain and I can recommend [the strap] wholeheartedly. Buy one, you will be satisfied with one of these as an option for your watch. Nice strap. Slightly lighter in colour than the listing. Easy to fit with the quick release spring bars. Others have mentioned durability so i'll have to wait and see on that but at the pricepoint i'm not that bothered if it doesnt last a lifetime.

A recent cheap watch purchase was supplied on a nasty black nylon strap. With the watch dial being a sun burnt orange the black strap looked awful. It need replacing quickly! The watch cost me sub £50 so I couldn’t justify paying out the crazy money wanted for some brands. The BisonStrap showed up in my Amazon search and at a cheap price. One in a tan colour was bought and delivered next day. Now I won’t lie, on opening the nicely packed strap I was initially a little disappointed in the shade of tan. It was lighter than anticipated and I thought perhaps I should have gone for a darker brown. On fitting it to the watch I was happy. To me the tan compliments the watch dial and elevates the overall aesthetic. Job done! The strap seems well made and, thanks to its 9 holes, fits my thin wrist well. The leather is very soft and supple and feels comfortable against skin. I would have liked an option of an alternative brushed buckle to match the watch case but it’s no big deal. Jury is out on how durable the strap will prove to be. At a shade less than £15 I’m happy now!

This is my 2nd strap from Bisonstrap, bought for my Garmin Venu 2 Plus. First and most important thing is that these straps fit Garmin watches, most other brands don’t due to pin size. The new strap feels really nice and secure, which when you’ve paid £300+ for a watch you need! Second, the strap is really nice quality. The matt finish is lovely, and the dark green works really well. I’d have preferred a black buckle to go with the watch but it wasn’t available in this colour, the silver looks nice though and the shape of the buckle is pretty cool. The strap is thick and feels like quality leather. Third and finally, I don’t think it looks out of place on my female wrist, which is always a concern when something is marketed as men’s. I do prefer chunkier styles so that’s a lot to do with it, but it does look good. I’d like some more styles and colours from Bisonstrap if possible as I trust them with my Garmin, and I do like to change my straps up quite frequently. If anyone from the company reads this, a pride rainbow canvas strap would be awesome!!

Good quality material, yet buckle is slightly raised which makes wearing the strap very 'uncomfortable' causing an irritation on my wrist.

Quality watch strap, easy to fit and looks great. Nice and thick so will last. Very comfortable too.

Make no mistake this is a watch strap with presence. I wanted to bring my old Lorus dual lcd & analogue movement watch, back into use after the batteries died. Yes, there are 2! Now I do like silicon/rubber watch straps, but for this watch I wanted a leather watch strap to match this beast of a watch (50mm dia.) So I ordered this 22mm black Bison strap. It's printed 'genuine leather' on the back, it looks, feels & smells like leather, so I guess it is leather. I had reservations before ordering this strap as it is quite thick at 3mm, fearing it would be uncomfortably stiff. Not so, it is soft & supple. The leather is good quality & the small amount of cream stitching provides a little relief against the black leather, nice. The buckle is substantial, chromed & has no makers mark. The strap has 2 keepers, one fixed near the buckle, the other adjustabe & slides along the strap but stays in place when worn. At this price point it is an excellent strap. The quick release pins are an added bonus, making the attachment to the strap a snap! Recommended
