Great dupe, bad pocket
A great dupe for more expensive versions. The price is great for the quality. My complaint - why does the pocket on the seat open from the bottom? If I put something in there, it will fall out when I try to open it.

Works better than expected
Super lightweight. Very comfortable and works better than expected. Longer whale tail than other brands so it is much more stable. Use it waaaay more than anticipated and works so well. Rarely use the Ergo carrier now. For the price, I am extremely happy with the purchase. Folds easily and use it every day for the one year old while I drop off the 5 year old at school. Can hook around the little ones body and mostly use 2 hands as well.

Got this for carrying my granddaughter. This is simpler than the one my daughter has. No velcro band under the belt. For me it’s actually easier to use but it’s probably slightly less padded without the Velcro. I’ve used the elastic opening pocket for my phone and a credit card at the vet. My granddaughter does really well with this and it’s easier on my arms and back. I use it in stores if it’s a quick run in or when she wants to be held but need to use at least one hand. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to a craft fair. We both wore our version of this seat. It worked great passing the baby back and forth. No straps to undo, etc.

My cat likes it too
I got this to help carding my 2.5 yo daughter. It needs some getting used to to find the right position or it hurts stomach and sores the thigh with the metal base. This morning I also discovered my cat could rest here too. I’ll keep this for a long time.

It is a must in the baby gifts list
Best baby purchase ever! I recommend this to every mom!!!!I use it everyday... to sleep the baby, to carry her in the street, etc.My baby is 1 years old now and the item still looks like the first day and it works perfectly. I washed it in the washmachine and they looks like brand new.I love that they fold. It makes easy to carry it.I recomend it 100%

I wanted to love it, but my body just didn’t
I was hopeful after reading so many great reviews that this option would be a great alternative to the more expensive option that’s always advertised to me. I tried the more expensive option that my friend had, and loved that it made carrying so much easier and comfortable. However, this (less expensive) carrier just wasn’t comfortable for me. The seat bottom digs into my lower abdomen and pelvis and the strap pulls on my lower back. I tried to just walk around the block with it and my back and hips were killing me. Returning and investing in that more expensive option because comfort is the number one reason I want a hip carrier in the first place.

Amazing for any parent or caretaker!
Our friend recommended this baby seat hip carrier to us and we LOVE it! This particular one has great quality and we've been able to travel with it to other cities. It folds and is compactible to fit in a suitcase. We started using it when baby was about 4.5 months and we would face him out (and have his body lean against us) since he wasn't completely sturdy yet. Now at 6 months, he loves sitting on the carrier and it helps free up one hand and not have to carry the baby's full weight. We didn't have this carrier with our first two kids and it definitely feels like a game changer!

The strap does not stay tight
When you set your baby on your.Hip, the whole thing loosens up at the straps. It doesn't stay tight.
