Each pill of our product contains 1500mg of Glucosamine Sulfate. It also contains anti-inflammatory ingredients and these are: Boswellia Extract (200mg), Turmeric (150mg), Quercetin (25mg), Methionine (25mg), MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) (25mg), Bromelain (25mg) for a total of 2100mg per serving.

Has anyone else received their free bottle from the company? I bought mine in the beginning of September and still haven't received it

I received a free bottle of Gulcosamine Chondroitin MSM Tumeric 2100 mg-3x Triple strength a few days ago. I ordered my first bottle on Nov. 21, 2021.

what is  best time of day to take

I -used to- take it morning, noon and night, whenever I ate.  I currently (year 2021) take them 6 to 8 times a day.  First thing before breakfast, and every meal and whenever in between.  Bone on Bone is quite painful, and the lighter dose of yesteryear ceased to fully relieve, hence the increase.
A few years back the pain had increased, and having no viable choice, other than joint replacement, which can have serious problems associated with it, I uPPed my takings per day to six or so.  I still took weeks for the pain to subside; then i dialed back to three or four a day..
To your original question; I'd space the time as equally a I could .  The label says "take three tablets daily, preferably with meals"
