Not the easiest to install, came without the tape needed for the reflector.. Good thing we have some decent tape for it but would have been nice for it to actually arrive with it, Not too clear on the instructions either but found a good video on YouTube by Leapord gecko who explains it alot better. Overall working well, been running all day while preparing for gecko to ensure it doesnt alter the temp so far its working well and hasnt altered it in anyway, Warm to touch but doubt it would be hot enough to burn. Deffinetly reccomend this, just make sure to have some professional heat proof sticky tape to plase the reflector on!

I use this UVB mini kit for my leopard gecko. It's becoming more common to keep a very low uv light on Leo's and this mini kit is perfect. It's been on my gecko for awhile and she's as healthy as ever. It comes on for an hour in the morning, an hour in the evening and i use it to help me see in her vivarium. She'll usually stick a leg or tail into the light or hide from it. Should be used with Arcadias EarthProA seeing as once a Leo has a UVB light they can produce their own D3 and no longer need synthetic D3 but they do have other supplement requirements. When used properly UVB lights are beneficial to Leopard Geckos. Always research properly beforehand.

That’s good. It’s on my birthday cage for my birds. I do need a new room for it now but I will buy for somewhere else. It is cheaper.

Didn’t come with the sticky pads as everyone else has mentioned, but we used double side sticky tape and it’s worked fine. Other than that, it’s a good light, covers a good amount of the vivarium and my leopard gecko seems to enjoy it.

I purchased a UVB lamp kit for my parrot which was missing accessories, instructions and with an extension cord that does not work. It took a lot of youtubing and jiggery pokery to even get this switched on, and even then it isn't long enough to reach the cage.

When I contacted the owner, he eventually told me this cable lead is 1.2m long and while the lead with the plug on it is 1.2m long, what he didn't mention was over 5 feet extra of cable that goes from the light bracket to the plug lead. In total this has about 9 feet(3m+) of cable from light to plug.

Great product, my budgies are so much happier . Takes a bit to understand how to install it. But not too hard.
