I have fungal acne and I'm prone to perioral dermatitis. I'm also horrendously dry and on a strong prescription retinol. It's very difficult to find heavier creams that are fungal acne safe, but this one fits the bill perfectly! It does feel a bit like a thinner sudocrem, or a thicker la roche posay cicaplast, it's not the MOST pleasant feeling in the world, but it is worth it for me. This doesn't flare my skin at all, in fact the next morning my skin is visibly brighter and calmer looking, along with being much less dry! You don't need much of it at all. It will last a long time, it's definitely worth the price. I do look quite oily for the first 10 mins or so but that does soak in and leaves a lovely glow, my partner even complimented me on it lol. This is now a staple in my routine, I use it probably 4x a week on the days I don't use my retinol.

Truly the best anti chafing cream !

I wear silicone/nitrile gloves every day at work and therefore my skin became very sensitive. My dermatologist said that it was due to an extensive sweating which led to disruption of protective barrier of the skin. He suggested to me to use Bariederm cream twice a day to recreate a protective film on my skin. I think it's working, now I've been using it for almost one year and I saw a significant improvement. I'd definitely recommend it for everyday use (perhaps in the morning at least) if your hands suffer from an extensive exposure to chemicals or perhaps detergents (e.g. if you wash your hands many many times through the day).

Non greasy which is a plus but not as good as expected.

Not what I expected from this cream. You need to re apply many times during the day and it's not waterproof. However it's not greasy, It smells free, and It Is delicate on the skin.
