Q: Are they attached to the clips, or do I need to buy a hot glue bun to assemble them myself?

No, the clips are included in the package but separate in a small plastic bag, you have to attach them yourself, you don't need to use hot clue, very simple and easy. You will not be disappointed. I really like them.

Q: How do you put them together? I am not finding a way to attached the clips to the flower if you dont need a glue gun.

There is a tiny pin on the clip, you need to insert the flower stem into that clip, it stays on pretty good. Best of luck.

Q: Are they very glittery and will they make a mess?

Just a little bit on the petals. They look nice when all the lights on (on the Christmas tree) No, they will not make a mess.
