Yes, these are for the Nerf N-Strike Elite Centurion Blaster gun.

I don't think they do. They didn't fit in my son's gun. They are the large darts. We still have fun launching them at each other though.

If they have room to get enough distance then they start whistling but other than that, no they are not really the whistling kind. I don't think anyway
