Full of easy to digest but crucial information
I’m currently a student studying for my master’s in nutrition sciences aspiring to be a Registered Dietitian in the near future and I can confidently say that Sam effortlessly conveys important information on metabolism & the factors effecting one’s body.The material is easy for most to understand and I truly wouldn’t only recommend this for just coaches, but I will recommend this to any client of mine hoping to get a better grasp on how one’s metabolism functions & how to efficiently manipulate it.Highly recommend, great read, worthwhile information.

Perfect book to clear up any confusion about health, weight loss, and metabolsim
This is by far the best book you'll find on metabolism and nutrition. Not only does the book clarify what goes on inside your body, but it gives the reader actionable tools to maximize their health and metabolic status with simple tools. The book is science-based, but never uses jargon that's hard to understand. The best part of the book in my opinion is the simplistic nutrition and lifestyle approach to a healthy metabolism. Sam explains the "why" and "how" behind the simple changes to your nutrition, sleep, and exercise habits that optimize your metabolic health. Perfect for a health/fitness coach of all levels as well as anyone trying to understand the best, simplest way to a healthy body, mind, and metabolism.

MUST Read!
I have followed Sam Miller for a while and love all his content through his podcast and social media. I am a health and fitness coach myself and view him as one of the best in the industry. He takes complex topics and makes them easier to understand while simultaneously using scientific principles and myth busting when necessary. Nutrition + Fitness can be complicated with the many voices out there in the field. Sam explains the nuances and helps eliminate the black and white thinking that is so prevalent. Thank you Sam for writing this book, I am using the information it contains daily with my clients! I highly recommend all of his content.

Science-backed + practical!
This was great for ALL levels - whether you're a health & fitness coach yourself or someone diving into the basics of nutrition and metabolism. I love using it to reference periodically when breaking things down on a simpler level for people. Nutrition and metabolism can be VERY detailed and overwhelming topics when people get super science-y with explanations, but this broke things down from a high level into digestible information for the general population. Definitely a book EVERY person needs to read and will be sharing it with all of my friends and clients!

Great read and easy to digest
I have been listening to Sam Miller’s Podcasts for over a year now and have been looking forward to this book. He writes the book in a way that is very simple for people to follow and understand. He doesn’t include any meal plans but rather gives information about metabolism that is simple to put into use no matter where you are with your nutrition knowledge and with your journey. I plan on ordering more copies to gift to my clients.

Beginner, intermediate, and advanced friendly! It’s a great reminder of importance of the fundamentals and would certainly help beginners NOT get caught up in the quick fixes and gimmicks that social media throws at you. It’s very easy to read, also provides information that you can utilize TODAY to start your health and fitness journey.

Must Read!
Such great info for the ever consuming fad and chronic diets that inundate our social media feeds. We are all Bio-Individuals and we need to fuel ourselves according to our needs. Such a refreshing, easy to understand, fact-filled instruction and debunking the ever present diet fads. I love Sam's podcasts and could not wait for this book to be released.

Great content, easy to grasp!
Loved reading and learning from this book. I’m passionate about metabolism but not an academic and often find studies and reports and some books really dry or hard to follow. This book however is engaging and easy to read with quality content and grey explanations. Absolute must read for anyone in the health and fitness industry to better serve their clients! Big thumbs up from me!
