Its advertised for cutting bonded fabric but i tried cutting multiple materials such as vinyl and cardstock, it works fine.

Q: How about the quality of this blade?

If you have the regular blade, the quality of this blade is the same exact item, except for the color. Use the pink for fabric and the other for paper. Paper will dull the blade, so a blade used for paper should not be used for fabric.

Q: does this one fit for the cricut explore air 2 ?

It says it will fit the Explore Air 2 n the description title. I have a maker, so I don't know for sure. If used with the Explore for fabric, be sure to bond it to an appropriate stabilizer.
