A Must-Have Tool for Strengthening Lower Legs!
As a college student dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle, I recently discovered the Tib Bar, and it has become an essential part of my fitness routine. This versatile piece of equipment is designed to strengthen the calves, shins, and ankles, providing an effective way to target and develop often-overlooked lower leg muscles. I can confidently say that the Tib Bar is a must-have tool for anyone looking to take their leg training to the next level. One of the standout features of the Tib Bar is its compatibility with both 1" and 2" weight plates. This allows for customizable resistance, catering to my fitness level and goals. The sturdy construction ensures stability and safety, even during intense workouts. With the Tib Bar, I can confidently load up the weight plates and challenge myself to progressively increase the resistance for continuous growth and strength development. Using the Tib Bar has yielded noticeable results in my lower leg strength and stability. The targeted focus on the tibialis anterior muscles, often neglected in traditional leg exercises, has significantly improved my calf strength and ankle stability. Whether I'm performing calf raises or working on my knees-over-toes technique, the Tib Bar provides the necessary support and proper alignment to enhance my overall lower leg strength. In addition to its effectiveness, the compact size of the Tib Bar is perfect for my college lifestyle. It doesn't take up much space in my dorm room or apartment, and it's easy to set up and store away when not in use. The simplicity of the design allows me to seamlessly incorporate the Tib Bar into my workouts, whether I'm following a structured program or adding it as a supplementary exercise to my existing routine. The Tib Bar is an invaluable tool for strengthening the calves, shins, and ankles. Its compatibility with Olympic weight plates, targeted focus, and compact design make it a standout piece of equipment for college students like myself. If you're looking to enhance your lower leg strength and stability, I highly recommend investing in the Tib Bar.

Great price-to-performance ratio for lower leg isolation
A rock-solid, budget-friendly piece of training infrastructure for targeting the tibialis anterior. Fitment: Engineered perfectly to accommodate 2-inch Olympic change plates with zero slop. Safety & Security: Features a highly reliable front slip-in metal-pin design. The included clamp does the job well and locks down tightly. Capacity: Though the absolute weight limit of the clamp alone isn't stated, the structural pinning system means it will securely hold up to 35 lbs—more than enough capacity for what most sane people load for this movement (currently handling my 12.5 lb sets perfectly). Highly recommended if you want an effective trainer without paying a premium.

Tight
Works great, simple to put together. My only criticism is that the tips of your feet are too close to the plates after you put the plates on. That metal ring that goes around the pipe, formed after you bolt the two pieces together, and stops the plates from moving down further should be several inches higher up towards the open end than it is. I dunno how the manufacturer could have released this product and actually used it themselves and not realized that. Not a deal breaker though.

Great purchase.
Works great. Ive got bad knees and I heard this movement can be a good way to help the knees. Others have mentioned that a plate on the bar does crowd the toes, and they aren't wrong. I dont have big feet, but my toes to rest against the plate. If you got bigger feet, its not going to be comfortable. I suggest either putting a small plate (like a 2.5) before your bigger plate, or buy an extra collar (it comes with one) and put it before the plates. This is what I do. It also has the benefit of moving the weight further down, getting a little more difficulty from your chosen weight

Solid and reasonable price
Works well and is sturdy. The anterior tib muscles are important and often wesk. As a PT i prescribe these for patients and am doing them myself too.

Decent Product, But Not Without Its Flaws
I recently purchased the Fitarc Tib Bar, Tibialis Trainer, with hopes of enhancing my lower body workouts. The design of the product initially seemed promising, however, I have some reservations about its actual performance. The most significant issue I've encountered is that the product arrived slightly crooked. This unevenness led to an imbalance in weight distribution during my exercises. As a result, one leg received a more rigorous workout than the other, which was quite disappointing, as this isn't the intention of a balanced fitness routine. Despite this, the product appears to be of decent quality, and when used carefully, it does engage the tibialis muscles to some extent. That being said, the defect of the product I received really takes away from its overall potential. In conclusion, while the Fitarc Tib Bar, Tibialis Trainer, has potential for effective workouts, the one I received was slightly flawed. I'd recommend the product with reservations, but make sure to check for any imperfections upon receipt.

More than just a tib bar.
Most people will get this to train the tibialis muscles and it's a great tool for that. But if you do all your training at home this can also be used for other exercises. You can find videos on youtube on how to use it for other exercises. I've been using it for sumo squats and for leg extensions ( by sitting on an angled bench ) and it's been working out pretty great so far. Definitely a great addition to any home gym and well worth the price.
