Easiest 5 Stars I have ever given!
I am SO pleased with this. I have thought about getting one for years but then my mum brought me a curly hose a couple of years ago and I have been having to put up with that until recently it got in such a tangle it got a puncture and so I had a good excuse to bin it. So I had high expectations for this hose. It arrived the next day in a small surprisingly light box. The hose is very light and quite small until you put the water through it and wow does it expand! I have to refill a duck pond at the far end of my garden daily. The hose has to go over some large pots and around and through a trampoline. This is usually such a chore trying to keep the hose from tangling whilst sliding around in the mud. With this hose it is a breeze. I have used it for 3 days now and not a single tangle. I love the fact that once you have finished the hose shrinks again and you can put it away nice and neat. It comes with a bag to keep it in, but as I use it so often I am leaving mine attached to the tap but it is curled up in a small bucket. The spray attachment is good, you can adjust it for a finer spray for gentle plant watering and the fit to my tap is good with no leaks. Easiest 5 stars I have ever given

super lightweight and long!
I got this hose to replace our old garden hose which had seen better days. This hose by Liwiner did not disappoint. It is well made and durable and long enough for all our garden needs. Just as advertised it does not tangle or knot and when emptied it shrinks right back to its original size, I like the fact that it is so lightweight - even my kids can use it with ease. The nozzle has 7 modes of spray. Great for spraying down the patio area, watering plants at the bottom or our garden or even hosing down the car in the front of the house. It attaches perfectly to our outside tap without any leakage. It is definitely worth following the instruction before use though because if you fill the hose with water too quickly the nozzle will just fly off the top end. I'm really happy with my find and feel that an expandable hose like this will make life a lot easier. It is such an upgrade to our old, heavy and rigid garden hose we had before. The two year guarantee is also reassuring! Would definitely recommend!

Very good but you need to have an alternative spray attachment
We found that this worked very well - once we got rid of the spray attachment that comes with it. The attachment is small and light and has a good range of spray settings, but its problem is that it just does not connect to the hose properly. We could not push it right into either of the couplings at the ends of the hose, and with the water turned on so much was spraying out of the coupling that hardly any water came out of the spray, and there was not enough pressure to expand the hose. Fortunately we had other spray heads with universal couplings lying around, and these fitted the hose very well, completely eliminating any leakage. Once it was operating the hose was very good, easy to use and simple to move around while working. We started by using our garage standpipe which has good water pressure, then emptied the hose and moved uphill to the house which has lower pressure. This wasn't as successful to begin with - the pressure did not seem to be enough to expand the hose (as the seller warns). However we waited about two minutes with the tap on full and the sprayer shut off, and the hose did expand to its full length, and was as easy to use as it had been at the garage. When you have finished with the hose and let it empty, it contracts again and can be left to dry over the back of a chair or suchlike. You can then coil it up very easily, slip it into its bag (just a bit smaller than a supermarket plastic bag) and hang it up in the shed or garage. It takes up just a tiny bit of space. So, I would recommend this hose if you have an alternative universal spray head available. If your water pressure is low, have patience, make sure no water is leaking, and it will eventually expand. I would also beware of stretching the hose around any abrasive surface like a concrete wall corner, or catching it on any prickly shrubs or trees, as the fabric (it seems a bit like tent fabric) might tear.

Surprisingly space saving gadget, I should've bought one sooner
Well, this is the most curious little thing I've been captivated by. It arrived in the smallest box with the hose attachment for different sprays and the tap bit. It was all curled up and wrinkled on itself but I followed the instructions when I set it up last night to wash the car and it was like stretching out a sausage. It was amazing it went from about 15ft long to 100 easily, within minutes. I had it plugged into the tap in my kitchen, it stretched through my hallway, living room, through my front garden and the kids still had enough left to chase each other up and down the street a bit. The hose head bit is brilliant for different sprays for gardening or washing the car. And when it came to putting it away it just recoils back up and came with a free waterproof bag to store it in!

Was good for a few months of light use then burst!
This hose worked fine for a couple of months. No problem, no leaks. Then, one morning I look out to my garden to see that it was flooded. I usually turn the hose off at the tap but this one time I hadn't and the hose had split quite spectacularly. It does say in the description that "The User-friendly design includes High Grade 600D Polyester Webbing for robustness and upgrade pressure interface can be withstand pressure without bursting". I can quite categorically say it doesn't. God knows how many hundreds of litres of water got wasted into the ground. A further kick in the teeth is that this hose has probably cost me a lot of money in water rates as I recently converted to a water meter. That lovely surprise awaits me!! From my point of view Id stay clear of this product as the quality is obviously a bit lacking.

Works like a pro
I am very impressed with this hose, after only ever owning heavy, leaky fixed length rubber hoses, this is a huge improvement! The hose comes with tap mounting attachments and a spray nozzle which is adjustable to different spray settings. Included with the hose is a green bag for storage which is a nice addition. The hose is simple to use: pop the mount on your garden tap, push the hose into the mount, turn the tap on and wait for the pressure to build up which causes the hose to expand and then press the trigger on the spray nozzle to expel the water at quite a decent distance. Once finshed, turn the tap off, spray excess water and watch the hose shrink back to its original size. It handles going round sharp corners well without tearing, snagging or preventing the flow of water. The pressure build up makes this hose excell at washing cars and taking dirt off. Overall, a great hose with a variety of use cases and is compact enough to hang on the back of the shed door. Much better than a reel style hose!

mixed views....
This is the second of these hoses I've had and there are features I really like. They're lightweight, shrink down extremely small and are super flexy. The first one I had sprung a leak after a year but I liked it that much I replaced it. I moved house last year and the previous owners left a good hoselock hose & reel attached to the wall which I've been using most of the summer..... it was there, attached so I've just used it even though I prefer the other expanding hose. Anyway we're a year or so and I came to use the expanding hose which was unused all summer but lay in the sun only to find it burst at the end. I cut off the end hoping to shorten the hose a foot and re-attached but it has a machine-crimped connection that I couldn't re-attach to the nozzle. Not the end of the world.... i'll just put my finger over the end and squirt the water that way. Unfortunately it split again, I shortened it and it split again, and again. Looking at the expanding inner rubber pipe, it looks like the rubber has degraded & perished, I assume from being lay in the sun all summer. For a second hose that's not that old I was disappointed. Would I buy another ? Maybe, but I wouldn't leave it hung in the full glare of the sun when not in use which is something a garden hose should take. I still think they're a good hose, better in so many ways to the solid type but longevity seems poor and I can really warrant replacing on an almost annual basis.

Does the job with satisfaction
This hose is a perfect for my needs, especially once I learned how to use it properly (silly rookie mistake). If like me you're new to these types of hose remember, DO NOT disconnected the hose from the water source if the hose is still extended and hard.....that is unless you want to flood the area you're in, or want to take an impromptu cold shower..... I did this foolishly not realising a hard extended mean the hose was full of water, so if you're as silly as me, if nothing else I can save you a drenching too. From experience a better move is to turn of the water source off, but continue to use the hose until the hose retracts (wrinkles appear on the hose) and no further water comes from the hose head. Hose pipe faux pas aside this is a really great little gadget. I'm a massive fan of both the space saving hose (my main purchasing motivation) and the multi-purpose heads. I particularly like mist function, which is great for evening watering. The connector for the water source provide a great watertight seal, with plenty of attachment options for standard screw on or pull on taps available you.

tuyau
