Does the job.
Maybe a little pricey but it is great for training pet birds that can talk etc. Perfect and that's what makes the price worth-while.

Great device for a bird to learn and getting distracted
The parrot talking recorder is a very good device, my Macaw when he listens pays close attention to what is being said...the device's modes work very well.

Clever Gadget
This device is a clever little gadget for training birds to repeat phrases but it also has other uses for amusing entertainment purposes.It is extremely simple to use with automatic recording level and no volume control for playback.The maximum recording time is 10 seconds and there are 2 playback modes.It is powered by 3 AAA batteries and 3 are supplied with the device.

Faulty product
Product is very good apart from mine has stopped working after few weeks, keeps parrot entertained and the parrot is also learning at the same time.

Very clear recording quality. Just the job when I pop out and in fact is a great security aid as someone would think the house was occupied!!!

Mine didn't work - shame as it has good potential
The potential behind this little recording device is terrific. Record your own voice once (up to 10 seconds duration) and set it to play back and it: (a) plays your recorded message 12 times, stops and then repeats the message 12 times every 15 mins until you turn off the machine or the batteries run out; (b) plays your message 12 times, stops, then repeats message 12 times every 10 mins for 2 hours. It then stops for one hour and then plays your message once to remind you to turn off the machine. It's simplicity itself to use and would have been awarded 5 stars However:- My product, when received, would, unfortunately, only play back once. The instructions are so simple to follow, it's impossible to make an error (unless, like me you accidentally push the switch to the 'off' position in error). I lost count of how many times I removed the batteries, re-inserted them, changed them etc, but to no avail, the device would only repeat that I was a 'pretty boy' once instead of the 12 times my ego was expecting. *** I received my device through the Amazon Vine programme where members receive goods for review purposes only and it may be that I had received a pre-release one that had not gone through final inspection. However, I can only base my review on what I have in my hands and that, I'm afraid is a one-star item.

Es ist eben ein Spielzeug.
Für den Preis kann man den mal ausprobieren. (Ich habe allerdings weit weniger bezahlt, als den jetzt bei Amazon angezeigten Preis) Ist mehr ein Gimmick. Die Aufnahmesequenz ist sehr kurz und der Ton ist nicht gut. Aber meine Papageien hören hin und sind für eine gewisse Zeit beschäftigt und das ist für mich die Hauptsache.
