How to return an item
Liked this product but didn't realise with have arthritis in my hands I wasn't able to move the numbers , now I have a problem returning this item as I can't get the label you sent me printed so I need an address to send it back thank you

Smaller than I'd thought and only just fitted my Mums ...
Smaller than I'd thought and only just fitted my Mums blister packed medication. Also combination lock was a little bit doggy!

Terrible
On receipt of this product I thought it was excellent and looks robust. 4 days in after going into the box four times one of the combination locks just would not open. Very disappointing I don't mind paying £32 for quality but this is clearly not. Cannot seem to email the seller only an option for return / refund.

Not fit for purpose
I bought this for my Dad's medication as he has dementia, we changed the code once and then after a few days it wouldn't open so had to use a pair of scissors to flip it open. Not secure and not fit for purpose. Total waste of money and I am sending it back for a refund

Does more than what it says on the tin
Doesn't do what it says on tin as nothing of importance But this is just what was needed. Ideal for anyone dispensed meds by nurse or carer who shouldn't have access to those meds themselves.
